Norwegian Cruise Line today announced the next three “Legends” to perform as part of Legends in Concert on board Norwegian Epic beginning Saturday, November 3, 2012, when the ship returns to Miami, Florida to begin her weekly Eastern Caribbean sailings. The tribute artists will perform as some of the world’s most recognised entertainers – Michael Jackson, Donna Summer and Jimmy Buffet.

A staple on the Las Vegas center strip for over 25 years, Legends in Concert is the pioneer of live tribute shows and has assembled the greatest collection of live tribute artists and celebrity look-alikes in all of show business.

Following the motion picture launch of “The Iron Lady” – based on the true story of Margaret Thatcher – Swan Hellenic and Voyages of Discovery are providing their passengers with the chance to join a political debate at sea.

Both small ship lines, known for their enrichment cruises and signature Guest Speaker series, will showcase experts on board offering real insight into the world of politics.

Carnival Cruise Lines is rolling out the most ambitious initiative the company has ever undertaken with the launch of Fun Ship 2.0 to enhance the guest experience with new dining choices, bars and lounges and better entertainment options.
The first phase which extends through until the end of 2015 will cost $500 million.

Norwegian Cruise Line has seen adjusted EBITDA for the second quarter increase 29 per cent to $123.5 million with more passengers paying more for their tickets with the line.

Net Revenue for the quarter ended June 30th also increased 19.8 per cent to $418 million from $349 million in 2010.
