Olympus Imaging announces the new Olympus VG-145 compact digital camera.
The Olympus VG-145 features advanced shooting functions, such as HD video shooting and various Auto functions, like iAUTO which enables any user to easily take beautiful pictures, and automatic tracking AF for face detection, it is simple to use even for novices.
The Olympus VG-145 camera is also equipped with a 26mm wide-angle 5X optical zoom lens and image stabilization DIS all packed in a slim and stylish body. The Olympus VG-145 digital camera is scheduled to go on sale at the middle of August, 2011.

A new digital compact camera has appeared on the international Casio website; the Casio QV-R100. The text is still missing, but the full specifications are already available, and several pictures are posted of the new Exilim camera.
