Samsung has announced that their UbiCell Personal CDMA Base Station will go 3G in 2010. But other than that, its pretty hush hush.
Basically, the station eliminates the need for any pesky land line services. The plug-and-play station provides in-home cellular service securely over existing public broadband networks. Its pretty much functional straight out of the box, being that you just connect the device to an internet router via Ethernet, then plug it in to a power outlet, configure the network, and boom, youre done.
