Here is a little tip you might want to try. I did it for the first time this Thanksgiving. I basted my turkey in apple juice.. and the gravy I made from the grease was out of this world!! A little sweet, but out of this world! FlowerLady

If you want to try it the way I cooked it, I had the turkey, breast down, in a cellophane bag stuffed with carrots, potatoes and onions!
